David is a career television executive with over 30 years’ experience. He’s worked at every commercial station in the market, as well as the Huntington-Charleston, West Virginia, and Kansas City markets, and since August of 2022, Vice President and General Manager of KWCH/KSCW.
Kelly joined the KWCH sales team in 2016. She made her way to the station after spending a decade as an Account Director with various advertising agencies, building marketing strategies for brands like Pizza Hut and McDonald’s.
BJ has nearly 20 years of experience helping clients successfully market their businesses on both radio and television. During that time, he has worked in traffic, production, and sales. He enjoys getting to know new and interesting people while creating effective, comprehensive marketing plans.
Amber has over fifteen years’ experience working in television, digital, and print in various sales and management roles. Amber loves working with local clients and enjoys helping her regional clients succeed as well.
Amy Jo works Hutchinson and surrounding communities and loves to work with local businesses and help them put together comprehensive marketing plans to strategic plan a successful future.

Desi has been an Account Executive for KWCH Channel 12 News and the CW affiliate since 2012 and is fluent in Spanish. She has extensive knowledge of all advertising mediums, as she has worked in print, radio, digital and TV.

Hunter has 3 years of customer service and inside sales experience, he has learned extensive networking and communication skills, he is also willing to go the extra mile to bring your business to it's fullest potential.
Karen has worked in a variety of businesses including banking and development/fundraising at local non-profits, but she always found her way back in the media industry which is what she has always enjoyed the most.
